The right approach to digital communication

Professor Niels Van Quaquebeke has been researching the psychology of leadership, conflict management and negotiation methods for over fifteen years. In the »Remote work« course, he provides lots of useful tips to help you upgrade your virtual collaboration and establishes the strategies, the solid foundation and the precise planning required for each individual action. Prof. Niels Van Quaquebeke

has worked as an organisational psychologist and professor for over fifteen years, focusing on the psychology of leadership, conflict management and negotiation methods. The internationally recognised expert has been researching and teaching at the Kühne Logistics University in Hamburg since 2011. His research there ranges from improving leadership structures in humanitarian aid to digital leadership substitution. Niels Van Quaquebeke appeals for a better understanding of human nature to facilitate better leadership in line with his philosophy: “Understand people, motivate people”.
