Catriona McLaughlin

is a German-American journalist, author and founder of the strategy consultancy N°RTH PARK and CM Consulting. She lives in Berlin and regularly gives talks on the topics of new work, innovation, female leadership, and the future of communication. She teaches management at the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences. Before starting her own business, she headed the content strategy of the management consultancy Accenture. She has reported on American business, culture, and politics for DIE ZEIT, among others.

Christian Berg
In interview with

Christian Berg

was born in Stockholm, he studied at the Stockholm School of Economics. He was a diplomat from 1995 to 2015, most recently as Head of Department for Press, Culture and Economic Promotion at the Swedish Embassy in Berlin. Since 2016, he has been part of the management board of the AllBright Foundation, which campaigns for more women and diversity in business leadership positions.

is a cultural scholar, author, and internet entrepreneur. She is a member of the supervisory board of gut.org gAG, co-founder of the donation platform betterplace.org, and founder of the think tank betterplace lab. As an investor, Joana Breidenbach is involved in the FemTech company Clue, the translation software DeepL, nebenan.de, The Next We, and the ReDi School for Digital Inclusion, among others. She also appears as a speaker at political events.

Tina Hildebrandt

has worked for DIE ZEIT since 2004; until 2019 she was head of the capital office in Berlin. She has been chief correspondent there since 2019. She studied political science, German studies, and history in Bonn. After her studies, she started as a parliamentary correspondent for the Kölner Express and moved to the news magazine Der Spiegel in 1997.

Katja Kraus

is founder and managing partner of the agency Jung von Matt/sports. Between 1995 and 1997, she was goalkeeper for the national team, and in 2003 she was appointed to the board of Hamburger SV. This made Kraus the first and for a long time the only woman in management in German professional football. Kraus is a strong advocate for women in leadership and more diversity, especially in football. Together with her wife Karin Suder, Kraus founded the company TAE Advisory & Sparring GmbH, which supports women in career issues.

Fränzi Kühne

is the founder of Torben, Lucie und die gelbe Gefahr, or TLGG for short, Germany's first social media agency; she sold the company for a profit in 2015. In 2017, she became the youngest supervisory board member of a DAX-listed company. She has also been involved with the AllBright Foundation for more women in leadership positions for several years.

Ninia Binias, artist name Ninia LaGrande

is the managing director of Büro für Popkultur GmbH & Co. KG in Hanover and works as a slam poet, blogger, author, and presenter. Among other things, she writes about feminism and is a forceful advocate for inclusive issues and more diversity. For example, LaGrande co-initiated the hashtag #ausnahmslos in 2016 and was awarded the Clara Zetkin Women's Prize for Political Intervention for it.

Simone Menne

was CFO for Lufthansa AG, then later on the executive board of Boehringer Ingelheim. She is considered a top international manager and sits on various supervisory boards, including those of BMW AG, Deutsche Post DHL, and Johnson Controls International. In her career, she has repeatedly advocated for more diversity and more women in leadership positions.

Elly Oldenbourg

is a manager at Google in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion department. She has been doing her job part-time for about four years, mostly job-sharing. This enables her to work independently as a coach and speaker on a part-time basis. Her focus is on the topic of New Work: She wants to encourage people to question outdated ideals in their working lives and to work more for the community and a more sustainable way of living together.

Tijen Onaran

is the founder and executive director of Global Digital Women, or GDW, a network that promotes the visibility of women in business. She advises numerous companies on the topic of diversity and the advancement of women. Onaran is also a presenter, speaker, and author. Before becoming self-employed, she was in politics and works, among other things, as a Member of the European Parliament and the Bundestag.

Britta Zur

has been the police chief of Gelsenkirchen since 2019. At 39 years of age, she is the youngest head of authority in the country and leads around 800 employees. Previously, she worked as a public prosecutor in Düsseldorf for more than 10 years.
